Whoa... Hartamas and Mont Kiara must be crazy over Moo Cow because they have 2 outlets super near to each other.. One being Publika and the other at super nearby Hartamas Shopping Center. Good for customer selection! ^_^ Although I prefers Tutti Frutti more; I have to say I love Moo Cow too. Because their froyo/frozen yoghurt's super fresh and has just the right amount of sourness in it to compliment the sweet toppings. I prefer their frutti toppings - blueberry, strawberry and mango being my fa
