It is definitely something special to try on for this is my first time to have bean curd prepared using hot plate rather than the usual clay pot. The bean curd are earlier fried so that the exterior skin would be hardened bit whilst mild crispiness. Then tossed in with some red and green capsicums to spice up the texture in some thick gravy. It’s great to go with a bowl of hot white rice and this Teppan way of cooking, does lend an aromatic flavor to the dish.
