Teppan Bean CurdNow that even vegetarian menu are also dished out blending in some modern culinary influence. Here we have the Stir-Fried Bean Curd on Teppan plate. It is definitely something special to try on for this is my first time to have bean curd prepared using hot plate rather than the usual clay pot. Now that even vegetarian menu are also dished out blending in some modern culinary influence. Here we have the Stir-Fried Bean Curd on Teppan plate. It is definitely something special to try on for this is my first time to have bean curd prepared using hot plate rather than the usual clay pot. The bean curd are earlier fried so that the exterior skin would be hardened bit whilst mild crispiness. Then tossed in with some red and green capsicums to spice up the texture in some thick gravy. It’s great to go with a bowl of hot white rice and this Teppan way of cooking, does lend an aromatic flavor to the dish.

Wow, am so thrilled to have found another great eatery ser ving hearty vegetarian dishes. Although the environment of the restaurant may not keep up with the current many sophisticated cafes, rest assured that your dining experience here would be enriched with their hospitality and friendliness apart from the meal, ahem Spinach SoupThis soupy dish comes just the right time for a glaring sunny day. It’s actually a soup with baby spinach that is cooked together with some julienned bean-based meat.

Spinach Soup
This soupy dish comes just the right time for a glaring sunny day. It’s actually a soup with baby spinach that is cooked together with some julienned bean-based meat. It is sweet and savory but I couldn’t be sure what broth is being used for such a delish dish. Wolfberries are also added to enhance the nutritional value of this menu. Yum!
