Sundubu means tofu, this is one of my favourite stews to order after kimchi jigae. The version here came with seafood, soft tofu and egg. The ingredients tasted alright, the soup base was decent as well but could be better to be on par with the one at Da Sa Rang, my favourite Korean restaurant in my books The rice served with this is local rice, not those sticky type Korean rice. The rice served with this is local rice, not those sticky type Korean rice. I find that it lacked authenticity, but it could be just a matter of preference. Some people might dislike sticky rice. IMHO Korean stews goes very well with sticky rice as it soaks up all the broth easily.
