Stir-Fried Young Tapioca Shoot

One of my favourite greens is this tapioca shoot. Not only it is rich in fibres, which means is good at promoting better bowel movement, it tastes better than other vegetables for it has a chewier texture. I enjoy the shoots most for this is the youngest part of the plant and thus, easier to munch on. When stir-fried with just merely fragrantly-fried garlic, and some salt to taste, it is really good to go. It will be tad salivary and oily too, as it need a decent amount of oil to stir fry it, else afraid it will stick to the wok. A simple yet wholesome meal to complete your diet.
