I super love Tong Pak Fu's steamed rice cupcake. The rice cake itself was excellently made- smooth and soft. The star attraction of the dish, though is definitely the crispy, crunchy minced condiments on top. Made up from an assortment of salted preserved veges, minced stir-fried dried shrimp with just the slightest hint of sambal paste, it's super delectable! Goes well with the sweet sauce, absolutely
