Soup Noodles with Shredded Pork & Preserved Veges

This is perfect if you want something light and not too heavy. The noodles are rice noodles- smooth but not chewy. The soup base tends to lean towards salty, what more with the addition of generous amount of preserved vegetables in it. The shredded pork are OK, nothing to shout about.. but makes for a well-balanced meal alongside with some fresh Pak Choy floating around the soup. All in all, it's OK.
