Ok, I know I am bad, come to Penang restaurant order Char Bee Hoon instead of Char Koay Teow. But then I never expect that they will screw up the Char Bee Hoon. They didn't really screw up that bad. Just that the bee hoon is dried unlike the koay teow is oily after fried it. So best advice is don't order other type of noodle. Even though the frying style is same, the outcome might be different.
