I wanted to have some squid as well. So I ordered the salt and pepper sotong. The dish was filled to the brim with deep-fried golden brown sotong, topped with a myriad of seasoning, namely chopped flakes of red chillis, green chillis, spring onions and fried garlic. It wasn't the style of salt and pepper that I am used to, but it tasted great as well. The sotong was definitely fresh, and the batter relatively light, Most recommended!
