A simple dish executed with simple ingredients, the most important elements in this dish is that it must not be too salty. Hence, a well balanced addition of salt and pepper is crucial. Not forgetting the freshness of the prawn, I am glad to find this dish satisfying as well.The prawns were nicely fried, resulting in edible crunchy skin and its 'legs'. All of them were fresh, resulting in springy and sweet meat. I enjoyed having the prawn heads, fresh and crunchy. The salt and pepper seasonings came with generous fried garlic as well. The whole combination was not too salty, having the fragrance from pepper as well as garlic. No doubt I enjoyed it very much, and I hope to have more of them
