今天又个朋友请客,就突然想起要吃乳猪。所以就来到这金龙船用餐。点了许多东西吃包括这乳猪。价钱不便宜,但蛮好吃。烤得很脆。很喜欢这里环境,很大很阔而且服务也不错。最重要是有很多parking位。

A simple dish executed with simple ingredients, the most important elements in this dish is that it must not be too salty. Hence, a well balanced addition of salt and pepper is crucial. Not forgetting the freshness of the prawn, I am glad to find this dish satisfying as well.The prawns were nicely fried, resulting in edible crunchy skin and its 'legs'. The prawns were nicely fried, resulting in edible crunchy skin and its 'legs'. All of them were fresh, resulting in springy and sweet meat. I enjoyed having the prawn heads, fresh and crunchy. The salt and pepper seasonings came with generous fried garlic as well. The whole combination was not too salty, having the fragrance from pepper as well as garlic. No doubt I enjoyed it very much, and I hope to have more of them

This dish was the winner of the night, it has been some time since I had a really delicious roast duck. The skin was nicely roasted, resulting in a shiny and nicely browned colour. BY looking at it is already appetizing enough. The meat was very flavourful, tender and awesome, came dripping with the juices containing seasonings. While I thought the skin was not crispy enough, my dad commented that I did not choose the parts where the crispy skins were. He thought that the crispy skin and delish

I have always loved this dish especially in wedding ocassions. Each restaurant has different specialties to offer, just like creating surprises for the diners. I have always loved this dish especially in wedding ocassions. Each restaurant has different specialties to offer, just like creating surprises for the diners. Here in Golden Dragonboat, it consists of mayonnaise pork ribs, stir fried scallops with vegetables, sliced abalone, jellyfish salad and fried seafood balls coated with almond slices, served with a side of thinly sliced cabbage and carrots.

The best item here is the thinly sliced abalone, paired with the sweet, spicy and savoury sauce on top, simple and delicious. The abalone slices were fresh and chewy. I particularly love the sauce, it has a strong aroma from the lemongrass, hence making it a Thai fusion sauce. The jelly fish salad lacked flavour, but the chewy texture made up for it.

The scallops were pretty 'thin', called 'bian' in Chinese instead of usual size of reconstituted dried scallops. It was pretty soft in taste, lacked the texture of fresh scallops that it should have. I am quite satisfied with the sauce, consisting black pepper and taucu- resulting in kong po like sauce.

While I thought that the seafood balls lacked the springy texture, the texture of mayonnaise pork ribs were a little hard. I hope they can improve on this
