Salmon makes a good replacement fish for the regular fish head noodles, but I should've thought twice. Steamed salmon fish head has too much skin, fat, and other non-meat things that I do not like. Perhaps it would be better fried. They also have an option for salmon belly, and even cod; but the steamed salmon head was on promotion so I decided to try that first. I shall not be so stingy next time. The soup was tasty, aromatic, and milky - but I wasn't too pleased with the insufficient vegetables

The soup was tasty, aromatic, and milky - but I wasn't too pleased with the insufficient vegetables in the dish.

I'll probably still come again to try the salmon belly though.
