70% of the restaurant were full with diners past after 7pm. Luckily we went early and have placed our order. This unappealing dish named Deep fried Bitter Gourd "Foo Gua Jar Dan", cost only RM8.00nett. Like a Japanese pancake in Chinese style. Initially, I was not intended to try this dish at all as I disliked Bitter Gourd due to its bitter taste but on the other hand, having my friends to finish the dish alone can be very challenging to them too. Hence, I just try to help them out a bit. To my surprise, I could not taste its bitterness as probably it was deep fried with bitten egg which covered the bitter taste. As a result of that, I ate quite a lot of this dish too as it has strong taste of fried egg instead. What a brilliant way to get rid of the bitterness.
