Returned to this restaurant again for dinner. The uncle has recommended us to try one of his speciality dishes, Sweet and Sour Pork "咕 嚕 肉" for a small size. The dish served with big onions and cucumber. The portion is good for 2. The flavoursome sweet and sour sauce made of sugar, tangy ketchup and rice vinegar with stir-fried pork in pieces was crunchy and very well-balance. I could hardly taste any fat in it which was non oiliness that tempted me to have it finished. Burp!

We had Hakka Wui Sang Min, cost RM10nett. The noodle served with sliced mushroom, bitten eggs in the starchy gravy, vegetables decorated on the side, sliced carrots and topped with pieces breast chicken meat. The style is like Cantonese fried Kuey Teow with Egg aka Wat Tan Ho Fun. I like the type of noodle used, sang min instead of yee mee for having different texture, more springy and non oily. The portion of the noodle can be to the maximum of 3 if there are other dishes to go with, if having it alone, it is enough for 2.

The Uncle Chef is really generous with the amount of ingredients put in as well as his effort made. The Uncle Chef told us, we were lucky to arrive early, the first batch of diners to arrive, as preparing this dish is not easy and time consuming. He usually will not accept the order if it is crowded.

Lucky day for having to try this wonderful dish!

The next dish was Stir-Fried Sweet Potato Leaves aka Fan Shue Miu with garlics, cost RM8.00nett. The sweet potato leaf is one of the world's most cultivated crops and is grown all over the world, in particular, in Asia and the Pacific regions. I quite like the sweet potato leaves for its texture when its stir-fried, the slippery texture. I could taste a bit of the alcohol in this dish. Taste good with the presence of the alcohol except it was a bit oily to me. Simple dish but health benefit

I also learnt that the tea is low in calories.

The portion of the drinks was of the medium size mug and very refreshing when drinking in chilled. Strong taste of the Luo Hon Guo and sweetness is in controlled. Soothing feeling

This unappealing dish named Deep fried Bitter Gourd "Foo Gua Jar Dan", cost only RM8.00nett. Like a Japanese pancake in Chinese style. Initially, I was not intended to try this dish at all as I disliked Bitter Gourd due to its bitter taste but on the other hand, having my friends to finish the dish alone can be very challenging to them too. Hence, I just try to help them out a bit. To my surprise, I could not taste its bitterness as probably it was deep fried with bitten egg which covered the bitter taste. As a result of that, I ate quite a lot of this dish too as it has strong taste of fried egg instead. What a brilliant way to get rid of the bitterness.

We decided to have their signature Steamed Fish Head on garlics, cost RM24.00. The Fish Head served with some sliced chillies and topped with spring onions. When it was bringing out from the kitchen to our our dining table, I could smell the garlics aroma. The Fish Head was big in size and wrapped with a pool of garlics. Slurp!

The dish was not oily at all. Firstly, I have thought that we could not finish the fish head, but to my surprise, we did finish all. We had the best part of the fish meat that was at the part below the fish jaw and of course the belly, shown on P4 & P5 after we had finished the common areas. The P4 & P5 were silky smooth, soft, mouthwatering and full with omega.
