There are many types of noodle available in Malaysia. One of the best should awarded to Din Tai Fung. This restaurant has an open concept kitchen. You can see how they prepare the noodle. The noodle is very smooth and filling. Even soak in soup for sometime, the noodle won't expand or turn into gloomy. You can choose weather you want soup noodle or dry noodle. One word to conclude everything about the noodle - 'Q'
