The first 2 things that ran thru my mind when I saw this was, OMG a giant egg tart and Adam Richman from Man vs Food is influencing local cuisine. It looks like a giant egg tart, tastes like one but it is not a giant egg tart, which is a bummer. The crust surrounding the pudding is made out of bread and it was not fluffy at all. I wondered how long has pastry been sitting on the shelf when I was eating it. The pudding was cold as well and didn't had the consistency of a normal egg-tart.
