Wong Kok Char Chan Teng at Low Yat Plaza occupies a pretty huge space. It's located at Ground Floor, being neighbors to a few camera shops It's not located anywhere near the walkway and one has to walk further in. However, this is good to me because it means much more privacy. I love their curry fishballs, dry Hong Kong noodles with honey spare ribs, nissin noodle with luncheon meat and of course thier delicious peanut butter toast . yums
