I can't recall the name of this dish but it is a plate of pork sausages. It is not always that we get to eat pork sausages at restaurants. Once you get past the harder surface, the taste bursts out from the inside. Salty pork goodness fills your mouth and you can taste the melting cheese. So juicy and chewy! Don't underestimate the portion as it can be pretty filling.
