Pork innards porridge (cantonese called chu chap chok) is one of the signature porridge in Hon Kee.The pork innards that they serve are fresh.The ingredient that I liked best was the deep fried pork intestine which tasted so crispy and good in the porridge. Their porridge very smooth (not to thick) and delicious and it same as the last review the raw fish porridge.
