Pineapple Fried Rice. When we ordered pineapple fried rice, we sort of expecting that the fried rice would be served in a pineapple. However, we were slightly disappointed as it did not came with the pineapple. The fried rice consisted of pineapples, prawns, cashew nuts, green peas and some fried shallots. The fried rice was moist and the taste was not too strong.
