I think, I fancy pork ribs and knuckle most. This dish really made my dinner great. When the dish presented on our dining table, I immediately reckoned the dish like the one my mom made, the old style of local BBQ Pork aka Cha Shu. The word is Divine. Love the sweet and salty taste as well as the sticky thick juicy sauce and really appetizing. It was fingers licking. As for the BBQ ribs, it was tender indeed.
