I think, I fancy pork ribs and knuckle most. This dish really made my dinner great. This wonderful dish named Hickory Smoked BBQ Ribs served on mashed potatoes with sauteed vegetables in butter and white wine. The dish described they used an old Texas style BBQ ribs cooked. Tenderly marinated and slow cooked till tender and succulent. I read that the ribs shall eat it with hands. Forget about the embarrassment having it in public.

When the dish presented on our dining table, I immediately reckoned the dish like the one my mom made, the old style of local BBQ Pork aka Cha Shu. The word is Divine.
Love the sweet and salty taste as well as the sticky thick juicy sauce and really appetizing. It was fingers licking.
As for the BBQ ribs, it was tender indeed.
