As it was half day work for me that day, I decided to taste some of the awesome pork noodles which is legendary in SS15. The pork noodles did arrive at around 45 minutes, which means their estimation is really good. The pork noodles may look very oily, but once you take a sip of the broth, it is all worth it.The broth is cooked in such high temperature, in which you will see the pork minced meat spread all around the broth. The noodles were decent, but it is the broth which brings the porky taste out. It is sweet and rich, and along with the mined pork, intestines and liver to boot, it makes the bowl a perfect dish.
I may not want to wait for 45 minutes every time, but when I have the time I know it'll be worth waiting for.
