One of the few coffee establishments which I thought was similar to Starbucks and such is Black Canyon Coffee. I came to know this place as a restaurant that came from Thailand only after I went to Thailand recently. As recommended by a friend, this restaurant serves quite decent Thai food. The mango salad here is quite interesting, as it comes with cashew nuts on the top. Upon my first bite, this dish has confirmed that it indeed has its roots from Thailand. Its mango slices are juicy, with a hint of sourish and sweetness. The mango slices are sliced perfectly, with a nice crunchiness to it, which shows that is fresh. The cashew nuts complement the dish, although I find it a little strange, but delicious combination. It also has some spicy and sourish gravy.
Anytime I crave for Mango Salad, this restaurant would definitely be the place to go!
