I really like that the creativity of the chef, how the chef integrated local dishes into healthy diet. But in this place, you can get the Loh Mee in Bamboo Charcoal Udon, instead of normal Loh Noodle.The thick and starchy broth was delicious and there were lots of shredded vegetables.
