Jelly chicken is known to be famous since my dad was a child. When we head over to the restaurant who boasts on its antique and homely design, he insisted that we order this as it reminded him of his childhood days. According to him, it used to be a must at the dinner table everytime he comes here. The chicken was served cold and it was so smooth and flavorful. I find it a bit weird at first because it reminded me of kimchi. Sour and smooth, the feeling was similar like eating jelly with meat.
