Fu Chuk skin roll. The fu chuk skin roll was simple: fu chuk fish paste wrapped in chee cheong fun and topped with some sauce. I have no problem with the fu chuk and its fish paste, the combination was springy, nice to bite and the fu chuk skin gave some saltiness to it. However, I think the sauce and the chee cheong fun does not match with each other, it tasted weird to me.
