My mum tapau-ed this dish since I do not feel like going out for lunch in scorching hot weather. Nice mum I have The noodles still remained moist when it reached my house. It came with tang hoon (dong fen), chicken, char siew cubes, prawns, beansprouts and cabbage. The noodles still remain its QQ texture, while the vegetables still have the nice crunch. Prawns were fresh and succulent. The rich wok hei in this dish made me enjoy the dish even further.
