This is Fried Oyster and it doesn’t taste as good as it looks. The fritter batter was too thick and the oyster didn’t even taste like an oyster. The oyster was so soft, it felt like it wasn't fresh. The batter made is very greasy and the rancid oil smell was so disgusting. You could even separate the batter and oyster.
