The fried noodle Hokkien style in Noble Mansion;s menu looked rather inviting, especially the picture shown with lots of pork lard topping. Dad, being the hokkien noodles fan, wanted this, hence we decided to order. The noodle was fried well, with lots of wok hei. The pork lard was also aplenty in the dish. Not too salty, just right. Priced at RM24, it was well worth the amount paid.
