Well, almost a decade ago I had my first trip to the famous Nasi Lemak Antarabangsa's stall in Kampung Baru with my colleagues and fell in love with it. The rice was fragrant with a hint of pandan, the sambal sauce was simply heavenly and the chicken crunch. The rice was fragrant with a hint of pandan, the sambal sauce was simply heavenly and the chicken crunch. Though it was only a stall with less-than-desirable surroundings, the taste alone kind of make up for all the other shortcomings. One of the best nasi lemak I ever tasted , definitely! Fast forward a decade later.. they already set up the Nasi Lemak Antarabangsa restaurant franchises all across Malaysia. Price in the restaurant gone up.. but sadly, quality also drop. Chicken, Sotong, Rice.. everything was dry... sambal overly sweet. Everything expensive! A shame really.
