I love Ayam Penyet. One of my favorite chain Ayam Penyet restaurants is Wang Solo (one of the most authentic around!).. and the other is Ayam Penyet Express.. It's located along the Marrakesh Walk at Lower Ground Sunway Pyramid (where most of the eateries are at). The Ayam Penyet is done just right, with well-marinated chicken spiced and 'smashed' to perfection! The skin's really crispy and flavorful. Do also try out the Lele Penyet (fish version). Tasted just as good!
