The deep fried yong tau fu are dumpling, stuffed cruller and stuffed fu pei. The fish paste stuffing were quite generous in each pieces of the yong tao fu, it was springy and slight salty. The deep fried dumpling has a huge prawn in it, it was succulent, fresh and crunchy. Each yong tau fu was deep friend to crispiness and slight salty. The stuffed cruller was the crispiest among all. I love all these yong tau fu.
