Hubby is a fan of brinjals, and he wanted to try out the deep-fried eggplant with chicken floss. I thought it sounded interesting, hence we agreed to order. The eggplant was well fried with the batter, however, the batter was a bit too crunchy for me. The eggplant was topped with some minced chicken floss that gave it a brackish flavour. We quite enjoyed this dish. Priced at RM12 a portion, it was quite worth the amount paid.
