I've heard so much stories of this infamous roasted suckling pig from El Cerdo! And all of them are true! When served with this dish, one will need to use a plate, make a wish and throw it into a bucket. Then use the broken plate and cut through the pig from the middle and 2 times from the sides. The waiter will then bring the whole plate back into the kitchen and cut the pig into edible pieces.Although it could be just a gimmick but it actually works to bring in the crowd and spread the word! When serve, it's too much even for 6 adults and 2 kids. But the most important of it all, it's DAMN DELICIOUS! It's the most delicious suckling pig that I've ever tasted! It pwns all those served in chinese restaurants. This is not only meaty but the skin is crispy with little fat. Simply, simply delicious!
