This claypot chicken rice comes with salted fish. Some of you might not like the heavy taste and smell of salted fish. But actually this is one of the secret that makes the claypot chicken rice smell so nice. The chicken in the pot is quite big pieces. The meat is very soft and tender. I like the sauce because the rice taste sweet when you eat it.
