We noticed Bubu while walking along Tengkat Tong Shin in mid-March but ignored it, since it looked like a sleazy pub from outside. Thankfully, we realized our mistake and headed here after 3iLinG revealed recently that it's a nice restaurant. Sea bass fillet with tomato herb relish & balsamico reduction. Swordfish thermidor. The natural flavour of the fish was overwhelmed by the mustard, mushroom & tarragon sauce, but we couldn't really complain, since the sauce turned out to be deliciously creamy in its own right.
