The broiled cabbage in Restoran Kong Sai is OK, quite mediocre. It is done well, as it is still crunchy and not overcooked but nothing out of the ordinary. It was smothered in oyster sauce, with lots of fried onions on top. Served on a bed of soya sauce, you need to toss it yourself to get the ingredients to mix, else the cabbage leaves that has oyster sauce will be a bit to brackish. Overall, a good meal.
