Served with fire beneath a tiny wok, the braised duck also comes with Mui Choi and tofu. As well as egg, and optional internal duck organs choices like the intestine, gizzards, livers etc. I love this so much as there are so much ingredients in one, and each ingredient has unique taste and texture of its own. Other than that, take note the enticing chili sauce that is so inviting just by looking at the colour itself. I like to eat with some Barli drinks.
