Bergedil is more like mash potatoes wrapped in a crispy layer skin. Bergedil here was something you should try. Apart from the big size, I love the fact that the skin was almost paper thin and crispy. Fried to golden, it was very inviting to feast on it. I took a bite off the bergedil and surprised to find some shredded chicken in it. I must say it enhanced the texture by providing the necessary contrast and I found it lovely. Flavor wise, I found myself liking it due to the use of spices. The f
The fried tempe was not too bad too! Despite the sourish flavor from tempe, it was quite appetizing. The crunchiness of soy bean was good and indeed, it was meant to be fried. The ayam rempah, in contrary, was tough, cold and almost like kayu. It could be more flavorful and less dry.
