Pastry Culture is located on one end of Tropicana City Mall, on the Ground floor. You may have noticed many people eating here during lunch hour as they have a pretty affordable lunch set. Their display is full of lovely looking cakes but they also serve pasta. We chose a slice of Bacardi Raisin de' Cocoa which has raisins and dark chocolate dipped in rum. The cake is rich and chocolatey with a very strong rum aroma. Added with the raisins, I did find it a tad too sweet.
