The pan mee is hand made, so most with pan mee. However, its just the texture of the noodle makes it really delicious. The texture of the pan mee is soft but firm, and smooth as well.

The pan mee is also generously garnished with minced meat and fried anchovies. You can choose between the thick, thin or pinched noodles. Even for thick noodles, I have never eaten a noodle which is anywhere near raw at its crust.
The broth also deserves a special mention, that it is flavourful with a combination of chicken stock and anchovies.
This pan mee is served piping hot, as it is cooked in its separate pot once the orders are placed.

There is the dry and soup version, in which I have no preference over as both are equally as nice. The portion is really huge too, even guys with great appetite gets stuffed after ordering a large bowl of this pan mee.
