When I see homemade noodles in a restaurant menu, I am usually very eager to try. I am glad that 3JC produces nicely made noodles. It came with homemade noodles (you can choose bihun/rat tail noodles aka loh shee fun/kuey teow/bihun+kuey teow as well) tossed in soya sauce, minced pork, 2 slices of roasted intestines and a seperate bowl of pork balls in soup. Noodles has a very nice al-dente texture, which coated well with soya sauce. But I find that the soya sauce could be more fragrant. Minced pork was decent, while the star of this dish is the roasted intestines- they are aromatic and have nice savoury flavour. The pork balls has springy texture, but it actually taste more like fish balls to me. Soup has a slight sweet taste, quite nice as well.
