Loh Mee. This restaurant is famous for its hokkien mee, but that day we decided to go against the norm, we ordered the loh mee. The loh mee broth was very thick and sticky. It was filled with a lot of egg batter, not too salty. I added some vinegar to give it a more sourness. The thick noodle was not hard, it was soft. The broth was hot and I had to eat it slowly when t cool down.

Loh Dumpling Soup. We are so used to Loh mee varieties i.e loh pan mee, loh yee mee, and this was the first time I saw a Loh dumpling soup. This literally means that dumplings in loh soup. The broth was filled with egg batter, not too thick and not thin. It has some saltiness in it. The dumpling was nicely wrapped and the fillings in it was soft and slightly salty. Both made a good combination.

This hokkien mee was full of "wok-hei" and it tasted very good. Although a bit oily, but it was acceptable to me. It has some generous portion of pork lards as well. The mee was fried with lettuce and some chicken slices. The lettuce was crunchy and sweet. The texture of the mee was soft and do not have the alkaline taste as it is well-coated with the black soy sauce. Overall, it was not really salty.
