Hot Plate Fish Topped with Minced Garlic and Hunan Chili (铁板蒜蓉鱼) is indeed one of my favorite dishes. The fish is fresh and it is well deep fried till crunchiness and it is then served with the spicy chillies and garlic with it. 这里卖的是正宗的湖南菜,很多是我看了也讲不出那是什么名堂的菜式。他有一道是我们熟悉的,就是猪肚鸡汤,那卖相和味道都跟我们平常喝到的猪肚汤很像。只是除了猪肚他还有加入了鸡肉,可能是当地的道地吃法吧,我觉得猪肚已经很够,再放鸡的话显得有点太多。只是那味道还是很好的。 continue reading

Royal Claypot Chicken is the first main dish what we order, it is the spicy chicken pot, this dish is made by a lot of red chilli and tender chicken meat. This dish can be order in Non-Spicy; Mild; Moderate; Extreme, i felt so excited, because my mom can't eat spicy. This royal Claypot Chicken kinda expensive for me, because portion is not that big, but cost me about 56 ringgit. continue reading

猪肉吃得多,不过猪内脏却不是人人能够接受的。而且一个好的猪内脏一定要经过很清洁的清理,不然会有臭腥味和苦。这里的猪肚煲鸡火锅很赞,利用了胡椒来盖掉内脏的腥,而且以鸡汤来熬。是我吃过最特别和美味的汤底,火锅爱好者应该尝试尝试。 continue reading
