Hot Plate Fish Topped with Minced Garlic and Hunan Chili (铁板蒜蓉鱼) is indeed one of my favorite dishes. The fish is fresh and it is well deep fried till crunchiness and it is then served with the spicy chillies and garlic with it. The flavors of the chilies and spices is well infused in the fish and the taste is simply delighting and amazingly lovely.Price: RM 30.00

Pig Stomach Chicken Soup in Hotpot (猪肚煲鸡火锅）where the chicken and pig stomach is being cooked with the handful of pepper and herbs. The taste is simply delicious as well as it is nutricious too. The delights is indeed believe to be good for health and a remedy for week stomach and for women after chidbirth and others. Peanuts and Anchovies with Orange Caramel is some of the appetizers we started off for the night. The taste was indeed excellent which I am really falling in love with it. The crunchy anchovies as well as the peanuts is well coated with the later of honey and there is a slight orange rind which can be found inside. The crunchy taste if it is indeed my favorite of all.

Xiang Fu Xiang Cheng Hunan Chinese Restauran的名字一看就觉得是一间来自中国的餐厅。湖南著名的道地菜肴都可以在这里品尝到，而且味道不输湖南的主厨。这里的菜式繁多，建议你可以叫老板介绍著名小菜。

这里卖的是正宗的湖南菜，很多是我看了也讲不出那是什么名堂的菜式。他有一道是我们熟悉的，就是猪肚鸡汤，那卖相和味道都跟我们平常喝到的猪肚汤很像。只是除了猪肚他还有加入了鸡肉，可能是当地的道地吃法吧，我觉得猪肚已经很够，再放鸡的话显得有点太多。只是那味道还是很好的。

Royal Claypot Chicken is the first main dish what we order, it is the spicy chicken pot, this dish is made by a lot of red chilli and tender chicken meat. This dish can be order in Non-Spicy; Mild; Moderate; Extreme, i felt so excited, because my mom can't eat spicy. This royal Claypot Chicken kinda expensive for me, because portion is not that big, but cost me about 56 ringgit.

Their hunan cuisine century egg is dipped in sour and spicy sauce. Taste of their homemade sauce quite unique, they are using soy sauce, vinegar, and peppercorn. The spiciness here is still acceptable, quite delicious. this dish serves a good starter to tantalize the taste buds, and make you quite appetizing. And this century egg cost about 15 ringgit, reasonable prices.

Xiang Fu Xiang Cheng Hunan Chinese Restaurant here serve very traditional China Hunan style dish. Before start the meal they serve some cold dish of the day, Marinated Seaweed and Homemade Groundnuts with Orange Caramel. Seaweed taste a bit tasteless, but i like the tasty and refreshing. Ground nuts here are especially crunchy and taste caramelized quite delicious.

猪肉吃得多，不过猪内脏却不是人人能够接受的。而且一个好的猪内脏一定要经过很清洁的清理，不然会有臭腥味和苦。这里的猪肚煲鸡火锅很赞，利用了胡椒来盖掉内脏的腥，而且以鸡汤来熬。是我吃过最特别和美味的汤底，火锅爱好者应该尝试尝试。

来自中国湖南的餐馆，不论摆设或灯都很有华人中国风味。服务员也是很有礼貌很耐心的招待着顾客。这里有个特别的东西，就是为了个人卫生餐馆，每位顾客来都会换上一套新的收缩包装的餐具。吃了几道重口味的食物，交了个小点心。南瓜饼，脆脆的外皮，抱着甜甜的南瓜，南瓜是纯的。到此一吃，真的不妨试试。

就连这里的干煸四季豆也要又辣椒干的踪影出现。这顿饭使得我的胃非常暖和呢。喜欢四季豆脆脆又多汁的口感。虽然味道也没什么特别，但是他们在四季豆上家了芝麻粒，多了一份 芝麻香。

这里的猪肚煲鸡火锅真的很好喝。比起这里的菜式，我更喜欢这里的汤呢。味道喝胡椒猪肚汤差不多，不过多了鸡的甜味呢。胡椒辣辣的很很暖胃，喝得出是真材实料，没有添加味精。绝对是食材熬煮出来的好味道。

朋友说这里的皇牌鸡煲是必点才菜式之一。点之前服务员回问你要多辣的程度。我们点了中辣。鸡肉的分量很多，也没有出现配料过多的状况出现。鸡肉一看就知道煮到很软嫩。吃起来更是入味，很配饭。
