Vietnam Kitchen is another good place to come here at the one utama to try the vietnam cuisines here. special recommendation by the chef of this vietnamese pizza is really good presentation of the food and spreaded with prawn on top of it and many vietnamees people love vegetables.really special taste of this pieces tiny crispsy pizza and nice place to dine in as well

Came by to One Utama the other day to do a bit of shopping, and since it was lunch time, I decided to feed myself in Vietnam Kitchen. I ordered the Special Beef Noodle Soup as I like pho very much. The bowl of noodles came in a huge bowl. Pho noodles, silky smooth, together with pieces of meat, tripe and beef balls with lots of spring onions and onions on top. They also serve a plate of beansprouts, cut chillies and sweet basil leaves. I normally order additional beansprouts as I like my noodles

They have wide variety of choices of menu here like Crispy Viet Onions Cake, Mango and Banana Prawn, Beef Ball Noodles, Lai Fun Sliced Ham, Seafood Noodles. .the vietname soup noodles is nice , soup based is clear and have vegetables and the noodle is really smooth. price is reasonable and the service here is very good toothe environment is bery Vietnamese-styled, hygienic and clean,air-conditioned, comfortable with soothing music, nice lightings with great ambience

Vietnamese spring rolls are also one of the very popular dishes that should not be missed. The irony is, they made simple spring rolls taste so good and different from normal spring rolls. The spring rolls were fried to golden brown. It didn’t have a very crispy skin, but I somehow like it this way and it was non oily. The fillings inside was minced chicken and seasoned well. You can also dip it in the fish sauce provided if you want more flavor. The fish sauce has sliced chili padi in it.

As part of the set, the marinated radish came as an accompanying side dish for the main course. This is however the biggest disappointment of all the food we had for the day. It was marinated in some red color seasoning. That color and taste of the seasoning were similar to Korean kimchi, but this one here was just too salty. The saltiness of the radish was too unbearable and I only took one bite and left it. The radish was still crunchy but it really didn’t go well with this red color sauce.

The Vietnamese chicken we ordered from the set was a huge piece of chicken thigh and drumstick. I must say it was really good for value. In terms of taste, the chicken was marinated and seasoned to slightly saltish, but not too worry about it being too salty. The chicken was definitely juicy and tender. The Vietnamese Hor Fun is a soup noodle which was served in the set meal. The hor fun was pretty good, silky and smooth as if it goes straight down to the throat without chewing. The soup looks a bit cloudy off white. Taste wise, the savory soup was really delicious and flavorful. There was lots of pork lard added into the soup for that powerful taste. Also found was chopped spring onions sprinkled into the hor fun to elevate the taste.

Vietnam noodle is one of the popular dishes in this cuisine. I ordered a chicken noodle with spring rolls in it. The noodle is a dry noodle but seasoned with their fish sauce and some chili padi. The other reason I like about Vietnamese noodle is because they always put lots of raw vegetables in it. This is very important to make the Vietnamese noodle as authentic as possible. The noodle is not similar to our mee hoon or anything, theirs are shorter, round, and doesn’t taste like normal mee hoon

The braised peanuts were served as an appetizer from the kitchen. You have the rights to refuse it if you do not want it. We tried the peanuts because we quite like to eat braised peanuts. The peanuts were soft and tender, round and fat. The peanuts were braised tastefully until all flavors absorbed. In addition, the portion of the peanuts was actually quite big. Although unlike the mint leaves which I can eat raw, I have difficulty eating basil leaves in raw. Therefore I just left the basil leaves uneaten. Looking through their beverage selection was exciting; I really would like to try other drinks besides the one that we ordered because they all look good. This is cucumber and lemon soda. The drink is a thirst quencher, refreshing, also addictive to drink. They use the Japanese cucumber which is smaller, and rounder in the drink. 怎么说呢，这道清汤牛肉面不止清淡，外观也是有点简单，但加入芽菜和红辣椒过后总算比较像样。汤头方面略嫌清淡，牛肉片组织也比较粗硬。牛肉丸味道也还好。普普通的一道料理。
