yee mee soup actually shares the same broth as pan mee soup that they prepare
you can choose any type of noodles but the broth essentially is the same
mee sua is the fastest to prepare and pan mee takes the longest to make because they shape the noodles by hand
the soup is very flavourful and yee mee especially gets one egg inside.
