Roti Bom. I was around that area and decided to drop by Ravi's at 3 Two square for a tea break. I ordered the roti bom. The out look of it does not looked like the conventional roti bom that is round shape though. Nevertheless, it was a thick roti bom like the normal and it was made till garing which I like. The roti bom was made with several layers of dough stacked together and it was quite oily.

This is one of our not-to-be-miss Truly Malaysia's Dish. It might looks like just any flour made food. However, Ravi's Roti Canai is crispy outside and fluffy soft in the inside. As usual all roti canai comes with Dhal, Cury Fish and Curry Lamb as dipping sauce. I personally prefer just go with the plain coarse sugar which will enhance the roti canai more, simply scrumptious.

Appam (Brown Sugar). It is a sourdough rice pancake from South India. You can order it in any mamak stall. This Appam is very crispy at the edge and towards the center it is thicker and softer. It tasted a little bit sour because they added yeast into the dough. The brown sugar sprinkled in the middle doesn't make the appam too sweet, in fact it blend well with it's sourness.MUST TRY! Remember to tell the waiter you want crispy edge.
