This restaurant normally is crowded especially during lunch hour and dinner time. Too bad the service here are slow although there are not many people during supper hour. While waiting for my movie where there are another one hour to go, we have decided to order some hot drink at Papparich. Both of us have ordered Soya Milk Tong Yuen. 3 Tong Yuen with different flavour(red bean, balck sesame & peanut) are given. We are given a small pot of sugar malacca for you to add on according to the sweetness you want. The Tong Yuen are nice especially when you eat together with hot boiled soya milk. Price is a bit expensive, but is worth it with the nice and comfortable environment.

Actually this to me tastes very much like Roti Boy's Mexican Bun and Bread Story's Hero Bun. Basically it's a coffee-butter bun. Tastes especially good when it comes off piping hot straight off the oven. Super fragrant and the margarine inside the buns just melt into your mouth upon every bite. If you're a fan of both Roti Boy's and Bread Story's version you're definitely going to love Papparich's version. Just as good, guaranteed

What sets Naan apart from Roti Canai is Naan is normally fully baked and used almost no oil at all, whereas each piece of Roti Canai use up to almost 1/2 cup of cooking oil at least. Ewww.. ya I know. So sometimes I really gotta cut down the calories. So Naan is a good choice. At Papparich's you can have it with a small bowl of curry to dip your Naan into. I love it. The Naan comes piping hot, soft and fluffy and tasted super delicious with the curry!

Gosh, when I first saw the description on my menu, I couldn't quite believe my eyes ? Roti Canai with Vanilla Ice Cream & Banana ? Whoa.. haven't heard of that before! Would it even work ? Hmm.. I was thinking would it tastes a bit like waffles with banana & ice cream on top ? Well, I was right.. it does taste like Waffles with Ice Cream which I'm more used to. Only difference is, I guess Roti Canai is slightly more oily and packed on more calories.. Sinfully delicious

I was initially sceptical as I couldn't for the life of me imagined how would soda mix with lychee be like! I mean , I had Ribena Lychee before, and it tasted good. But soda is more like a fizzy acidic drink.. does it even goes well with Lychee ? Well, my curiosity was put to rest upon the first sip. It tastes good The lychee is believed is from the canned type; which they just scooped and mix in with the soury-bitter-fizzy soda. So there's a delightful tinge of sweetness from the lychee in

Papparich's Herbal Tea with Honey is really good. I'm not sure what type of herb it is (wanted to ask but forgot!); but the tea's infused really well and comes really fragrant and nice. I ordered Hot as I was feeling a bit cold that night. And I make sure to ask that they add Honey too to sweeten up the cup. A slice of lemon was also added for that zesty touch. I totally love it!

Pappa Naan with Curry SaucePappa rich is a Hainannese-style cafe which is getting more and more outlet in Malaysia. They served various food such as asian food , western food, local food and so on. This is naan topped with butter and garlic aroma. The naan is crispy and the butter is rich. It taste really special and smell good. The curry is a bit salty, so when eat together with the naan (butter is salty), feel really salty.

On saturday,me together with my family always hang out somewhere and search for some great restaurant. This time,we go to One Utama shopping centre. After walking around,i see this restaurant.Actually,i always wanted to try this restaurant before but never have a chance. So,this time,I tell my family lets try out this Papparich restaurant as this is our first time we as family eating there.Thankfully, everybody agree.Hahaha.

We were welcomed very well by the owner of the restaurant.Guess what,we also sit just in front of Ally Iskandar,a TV3 celebrity.
.We all were given a menu and were asked to write our order on a sheath of paper by numbering them.

After around 10 minutes, our food starts to come.We received our beverages first. My father drinks was Pappa White Coffee while my mother was Open Sesame(a Black Sesame with Soya Milk+Sesame Ice Cream). The Open Sesame look quite interesting and appear like a grey drink, which i never found drink colour like that before! My sister choose to drink Ice Lemon Tea and my 2 younger brothers choose Teh Tarik Fantasia(Teh Ice+Teh tarik Ice Cream) and Milo Dinosour. The Milo Dinosour was put in quite large glasses and the milo powder was put on top of its water.I choose to drink Pappa 100+ Energy Booster, which is a blend of variety of fruits and very good for health too.Great!

My father choose to eat Pappa Char Kuey Teow while my mother choose Pappa Asam Laksa. The Asam Laksa was so delicious!
I think the taste is almost like the same as Asam Laksa from Jongker Walk,Melaka which is very famous one. There is also shrimp on it and it is served with fish-based tamarind.

My 1st younger brother choose to eat Pappa Fish and Chips,a fish fillet served with french fries, fried egg and fried rice.I have to say the fish fillet was crispy and it was cooked very well.My 2nd younger brother choose to eat Pappa Chicken Rice. The chicken i think was very tender and looks very delicious.

My sister choose to eat Pappa Nasi Kunyit with Curry Chicken. It is actually a turmeric glutinous rice together with curry chicken, fried peanuts and cucumber slices. The Curry Chicken was quite delicious and very Indian taste.I chose to eat Pappa Nasi Lemak,a Nasi Lemak together with curry chicken.I can say that the 'sambal' was very tasteful and suitable for those who like to eat spicy kind of food. The chicken also was big and have a lot of fillet on it.Our family always share our food with the others so that we can taste all kind of interesting-looking food there.

Instead of eating main menu,we also choose some side dish.We order a chinese food called Fried Foo Chok.It is like a crispy bean curd sheet and served together with chilli dip.My mother also choose to eat Tau Foo Fa King, which is very soft and smooth.Besidea,my sister also order some Pumpkin Muffin with Vanilla Ice Cream.2 thumbs up for the muffin! We also bought a bread called Pappa Wholemeal Stim with Margarine and Kaya.It looks like a square set of bread that cut into 4 pieces with margarine and kaya in it.I actually was very suprised with the taste as i didnt expect a roti with butter and kaya will taste very delicious like that.
Just try it!
