New Restaurant Ipoh Chicken Rice (Closed)

这里的白切鸡吃起来是还好。虽然他的外表看起来不错，色泽也非常鲜明，鸡肉也是新鲜的，可是它的口感却有点难咬断。肉质吃起来当然没有怡保著名的那间那么好吃，没那么滑，普通而已。

芽菜鸡当然不可以少了芽菜了。他们的芽菜是蛮不错的。他们选用的芽菜都非常的肥美，而且很新鲜，每一条都充满了水份。芽菜的熟度控制得刚刚好，吃起来非常的脆口，感觉清新。

这一碟是他们的叉烧烧肉。这里的烧肉做得还好，它的颜色就不太鲜明了。看起来是比较暗淡的。虽然皮是脆的，可是味道却普普通通。叉烧的肉有点瘦，口感也是吃起来有点干干的。

I can safely say that before New Restaurant Ipoh Chicken Rice opens at Bandar Puteri just a mere 3 years ago (back in around 2010) ; Puchong residents had to practically braved the horrendous jam just to get a fix of their favorite Chicken Rice in either Subang (the nearest) or Jalan Gasing (more convenient if traveling via Federal Highway). So when it finally opens a branch opposite Pappa Rich, I was super elated And I'm sure so was many Puchong fans. It's huge and spacious!

Truth be told, actually I much preferred their Pork Balls in Soup version, which has nice dried cuttlefish fillings. Their Fish Balls soup.. thought not too bad, is nothing special, nothing to shout about really. There's 6 fish balls in the soup; made from good quality fish no doubt.. and it's tasty and bouncy when bitten into. It's good, but not too outstanding unfortunately. I have definitely tasted better. This is my least favorite of all the Chicken Hor Fun variants on the menu- the other two being Chicken Hor Fun Soup (my favorite!) and Chicken Hor Fun Dry. Reason ? Well, for one I don't think the curry soup base is nice at all.. In fact, I find it a bit bland and devoid of strong curry spices flavor which I love. Secondly, errmm.. I find it overtly salty. Not MSG-salty.. just salty.. I think they put in too much salt. Thirdly, the coconut milk's flavor is not intense enough...Slightly below ave

As it's name implies; this congee is cooked in claypot along with generous portion of 3 types of eggs- namely normal hard-boiled egg, salted egg and century egg. The result is fabulous.. I love it! I love eggs anyway and porridge is generally pretty healthy stuff so this meal is just perfect for me , especially when I feel like having something light. The porridge is smooth and light.. not too thick nor too watery. Perfect!

This is another of my favorite fresh fruits concoctions from the New Restaurant Ipoh Chicken Rice's menu. So refreshing, delicious and healthy! Yep, as it's name suggests.. it's a combo of freshly squeezed out Mango and Pineapple Juice Mangoes can be pretty fleshy and thick but the drink is well-balanced out by the light texture of the pineapple juice. Totally love it!!!

Last few weeks, I went to this restaurant with my family to try the Ipoh chicken rice.We need not to go to Ipoh so far away to have the chicken rice, Puchong is quite nearby to my house.After visited, we have found out that they have provided a complete dining experience for us.In addition, there are alot of side dishes are also served making up a balanced and wholesome meal.
